We try to do our best providing quality products and make sure our customers are taken care of. If you need tech support and have placed an order with us we are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your installation. We are unable to answer account related questions.
Returns are excepted and will be refunded minus return shipping and a 20% restock fee.
Please email us ASAP at support@dishaccessories.com to request a cancellation if you have not received a tracking number and would like to cancel your order. If you have received tracking, your package has been sent and will be subject to our return conditions. We ship every weekday afternoon between 11-1600 MST.
Return shipping is not covered by starlinkaccessory.com. Returns must be received in unopened/ uninstalled condition. Authorization to return your order is not required.
Your refund will be issued once we have received the returned merchandise. Credit card refunds can take up to ten days. We typically issue the refund immediately, it just takes the banks time to issue the refund.
